What You Get:
The daily rental rate includes the truck, all of the equipment and an experienced gaffer/grip who will also drive the truck to and from all locations.  All you need to do is tell him where to go and what to do.

OVERTIME - The rates above are for a twelve hour day.  Each additional hour is $100 per hour.  Time is calculated from the call time to the time our tail lights leave the location.

MILEAGE - the first 50 miles are on us.  After that, there is no charge, but since the truck leaves with a full tank, we ask that you fill it back up.  If you run out of time, we charge $5 per gallon to fill it up ourselves.

Insurance:
Ah the enemy of any indie filmmaker.  Luckily, we have you covered.  And there’s two ways we can do this…

1 – You get a certificate of insurance through a licensed provider naming “Pipe Dreams Entertainment LLC”  as “Additionally Insured” for $1,000,000.00 in liability coverage, and as a “Loss Payee” for $300,000.00 in Loss & Damage insurance for rented equipment.

2. – Don’t get insurance.  We’ll take the risk of any damages.  The catch here, though, is that it will cost an additional $100 per day.  The choice is yours.

Deposite / Payment:
To lock your rental dates, we need a $100 non-refundable deposit (which will be deducted from the total cost). 50% of the total rental is due on the first day of shooting and the remaining balance is due the morning of the last day of shooting.  All checks should be made payable to “Pipe Dreams Entertainment LLC” or you can pay with a credit card below using PayPal.
